THE AIR CARGO SPECIALIST
Who we are
We are the ground handling agent for the majority of airlines that fly through Arlanda airport. Most of our operations are centered on commercial cargo. We are mainly working with two types of cargo handling.
FCH – Forwarder Cargo Handling
Forwarder handling including security control to prepare air cargo to be ready for carriage and delivery of import cargo after customs clearance.
ACH – Arline Cargo Handling
Airline handling including acceptance checks and build up of export cargo as well as break down of import cargo.
Our mission
We manage the handling of all inbound and outbound cargo for our contracted airline partners. Precision and reliability are essential in our line of work, and we approach every task with a high level of professionalism and care. Our goal is to set a strong standard in air cargo handling within the ground services industry.

Certifications & Compliance
In order to ensure that our operations run smoothly and to maintain a high quality of service, we are consistently and actively applying for various certifications in order to prove to our partners that we are a trustworthy and reliable ground handling agent when it comes to cargo. We are proud to be able to handle sensitive cargo such as pharmaceuticals and other temperature sensitive goods, with precision and professionalism.
Sustainability
As environmental responsibility becomes increasingly critical, we are committed to integrating sustainable practices throughout all aspects of our operations. Our goal is to minimize our environmental impact while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
One of the key steps we have taken is the implementation of electric vehicles in our daily operations. By transitioning away from fossil-fuel-powered alternatives, we significantly reduce our carbon footprint. In our warehouse, we exclusively operate electric forklifts, contributing to cleaner air and quieter working conditions.
In addition to our vehicle strategy, we have adopted several other sustainability measures:
Recycling and Waste Management
We adhere to Sweden’s national regulations for waste sorting and disposal. All waste is separated into appropriate categories to ensure it is processed and recycled responsibly.
Reduction of Single-Use Items
We actively encourage the use of reusable items among our employees.
Energy Efficiency
We continuously assess and optimize our energy use, from lighting to climate control systems, to ensure our facilities are operating as efficiently as possible.
