Picking up cargo

When your shipment has arrived at our terminal and is ready for collection, you will receive a goods arrival notification from us by SMS.

Go to Fraktvägen 45B, 190 60 Stockholm-Arlanda*. You can get here by car, or public transport.

When you arrive, go to the front desk and state you want to pick up your shipment. You will need to provide us with the air waybill number, which is stated in your notification.

The fees you are paying are terminal fees, and handling fees depending on the type of goods you are importing. The total amount is stated in your goods arrival notification.

(Note: we do not accept cash payments.)

Bring the documents you received from us and go to the Customs at Kabinvägen 5.

When your shipment is cleared by the customs, they will stamp your documents.

Bring the stamped documents with you and return to us at Cargo Center.

Once you return to us, show us your stamped documentation and we will accept the shipment to be delivered. The warehouse will then bring out your shipment from the gate outside. If your shipment is heavy or very large, they can also help you load your shipment onto your vehicle.
