Which airlines are you handling?
We are responsible for the cargo handling of the majority of airlines flying through Arlanda airport. Some of our busiest airlines are Emirates, Turkish Airlines, Lufthansa, and many more. See a full list of our airlines here.
I am expecting an incoming shipment originating outside of the EU. What will I need to do before picking it up?
We have created a guide for this exact situation, you can take a look at it here! You will also receive some of this information in the notification that we will send you by SMS when your shipment is ready to pickup.
I have a package that is ready to pickup. Do you offer home delivery services?
No, we are not offering home delivery services. You are free to pickup the package by yourself.
